Warkworth is a picturesque village on the North East Coast of Northumberland. Whether you enjoy riverside strolls or beach days with the kids & dogs, there are plenty of beautiful natural places to enjoy. Warkworth castle and hermitage are key visitor attractions in the village and there are many fantastic pubs, cafes and restaurants both in Warkworth and nearby Amble

Situated approximately 20 mins drive north of the town of Morpeth and 10 minutes drive south of the town of Alnwick, Warkworth is a great base from which to explore the wider area of Northumberland. The local train station of Alnmouth (5-10mins drive to the north), also provides a fantastic link north to the city of Edinburgh (1hr journey), and south to Newcastle (25min journey).
